ATE test program development, ATE Testing and Silicon Qualification
- Define / Test Plan for the ATE Testing and Silicon Qualification
- Develop Test program for Advantest V.93 tester ( wafer sort and pkg) /V93k
- Mandatory :
- ATE Test Program Development (C++ and/or VB)
- Knowledge of Hardware Development (Loadboard and Probecard) with Advantest V93K ATE testers
